Kavya Mahila Udyog was founded in 2008 as a family-run initiative, starting from home with the
semi-manufacturing of baby diapers, adult diapers, and period panties. After years of dedicated effort, the
company was officially registered in 2012.
Our mission is to empower underprivileged and uneducated women who are eager to work and support their
families. We provide comprehensive training in product development, sales, and marketing. Once a woman is
fully equipped with the necessary skills, we support her in setting up her own workshop or integrating
additional women into the workforce, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
In line with our commitment to social impact, 80% of the company’s profits generated through these women are
reinvested into their growth and financial well-being. We also prioritize employee well-being by organizing
regular recreational activities, including holidays and picnics, to ensure motivation and a positive work
environment.
Our vision is to expand this initiative across various states in India, enabling women nationwide to gain
financial independence and contribute to their families' well-being.
